WHEN TO USE THIS DOCUMENT
This document is an order form designed to be used to accompany your standard Terms and Conditions of business when your business supplies services. It does not matter what you are supplying.
The Order Form is the document that you will “customise” for each customer, because that is where you will insert details of what you are supplying to that particular customer (what you are selling, the price etc).
It would normally be accompanied by your standard Terms and Conditions of business (what the customer needs to do, what happens if there’s a problem with the payment etc). However, if you want to vary your standard Terms and Conditions for a particular customer (for example, you want to give them more time to pay you), you can do this on your Order Form.
So the Order Form is used to set out exactly what you are offering before as an order is placed by that customer / client so there are no misunderstandings about what is available and on offer.
This version is best used when you are not selling from a website only – if you are, please see our other documents.
