Legal documents, instructions and emails

Our legal opinion case covers us reviewing up to 2000 words in emails, documents or reports and reporting back to you via a secure area downloadable report. Additional charges are payable if the word count is exceeded. If you have more documents which will exceed this word count please email support@lawhound.co.uk with the amount for a specific fixed cost quote.

What about telephone calls?

The costs also reflect us talking to you via phone for no more than 30 minutes. If additional phone calls are needed these can be purchased and pre booked on line via your online account. You are in control of your costs all of the time with us.

How does it work?

Once instructions are provided, your report is then made available to you via Drop Box. Your report is produced and placed in a folder for you to download and if required, shared with us further with other updates for other services as your case develops.

Is it fast?

Once you have ordered the service and we have sent you your drop box folder invitation we ask you to load all your documents in there. We then review the documents, ask you via this secure folder any questions and arrange, where needed for the call to take place.

This occurs within 3 working days following the service for the cost below. You can pay a premium cost for same day service also which is detailed here.

Is it reliable?

Our legal services are carried out by advisors with over 15 years post qualification experience, all are post graduates and Law Hound is insured on each case to a limit of £100,000 under our standard insurance.

What if I order and then you tell me its not a case you would deal with?

We would issue you with a refund and not continue with the report. We make an admin charge for this of £30 to cover our time in dealing with the set up charge and refund of payment. Refunds are dealt with in 7 days of us making our decision. If a chargeback is made we reserve the right to charge for all time at the administration rate of £35 per hour for all work needed in dealing with this. Our refund policy is clear and on time in all cases.
