WHEN TO USE THIS DOCUMENT
Every job board on a website needs terms and conditions to let anyone know who uses that job board understand when and how the job board owner will allow the job board to be used and / or viewed.
These standard terms and conditions of the job board use set out the basic terms and conditions that any user should agree to before using the job board.
They protect the copyright and intellectual property in the job board and its contents and clarify these issues. They also deal with issues such what to do if a users sees something unacceptable on your job board (how to raise a problems and how you will deal with it).
It also clarifies what the user is responsible for (including any password and account information etc) and acceptable use (what you can and can not post / do on and with the job board).
