CONTRIBUTING TO MAINTAINING HEALTH & SAFETY - TRAINING COURSE FOR EMPLOYEES


WHEN TO USE THIS PACK

 This pack contains all that you need to deliver training to individuals about contributing to maintaining health & safety in the workplace. It can be used by employers as part of internal training for employees within the workplace but can equally be adapted for use by external training providers.

 All organisations should have a health and safety training to meet your legal obligations. You also have a legal obligation to provide employees with certain information and you need to be clear about the roles and responsibilities relating to health and safety issues. This training course allows you to deliver effective training to all employees to cover the basics required relating to health and safety.

 The course is designed to help employees understand roles and responsibilities and legal and regulatory requirements with regard to health and safety in the workplace. It also deals with the consequences of breaching legal and regulatory requirements  The package also contains an exercise in stress.

 The training package can be delivered to most employees who have achieved education equivalent to at least GCSE level.

 All of our documents combine professional legal and personnel / HR knowledge with practical experience in business to provide easy to use documents which meet with legal responsibilities and obligations.

HOW TO USE DOCUMENTS

 This is an MS Word documents and is easy to use. Documents use blue text to provide extra guidance and notes and green text where you will customise your document to suit the circumstances in which it is used.
