WHEN TO USE THIS PACK

 This pack contains all that you need to supply self development training to individuals. It can be used by employers as part of internal training within the workplace but can equally be adapted for use by external training providers.

 Training is a vital part of any organisation and this self development package offers ready made training to help employees understand what self-development is and how to evaluate their own career needs and objectives and match those against the needs and objectives of an organisation.

 The package contains an exercise which culminates in the preparation of an individual’s self-development plan detailing both the individual’s needs and desires and calculating resources and action required, with target dates, to meet those.

 The training package can be delivered to most employees who have achieved education equivalent to at least GCSE level.
